With over 20 years of experience managing projects in complex environments, I’ve led cross-functional teams in both global corporations like Adidas and fast-paced brand ecosystems like Red Bull and Runtastic. My approach is grounded in clarity, communication, and momentum — making sure things move forward, people are empowered, and results happen.
At Adidas, I led strategic initiatives across departments to define future content and tech visions, streamline internal tools, and improve how teams published to apps.
At Runtastic, I built a new product quality team from scratch, combining tech roles and sports scientists — integrating my background in sports psychology and behavior change.
During the Wings for Life World Run, I managed the digital event experience onsite with a team of 40, coordinating in real-time across content, tech, and media teams.
At Red Bull, I worked with external agencies, digital producers, and editors worldwide, creating global digital strategies and executing large-scale content operations.
I've worked across waterfall, agile, hybrid, and everything in between. While I’m fluent in agile methodologies, I know that one size rarely fits all — especially in large organizations with many stakeholders.
That’s why I create strong foundations for decision-making, structured communication, and adaptable processes.
